Work & Experience
Lead and manage the administration and academic operations of the department, overseeing seven degree programs in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Cardiac Perfusion Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Dialysis Technology, Dermatology Technology, Neurophysiology Technology, and Endoscopy Technology, ensuring program quality, accreditation, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Design and implement clinical and theoretical course curricula, integrating hands-on training through a state-of- the-art simulation center and University Teaching Hospital. Manage student clinical rotations in collaboration with hospital management, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards. Supervise and support faculty development, conduct performance reviews, and ensure high academic standards through policy implementation and resource management. Administer departmental budgeting, admissions strategies, and partnerships with healthcare institutions for research and internship opportunities.
