With 20 years of experience in nursing, including extensive work in the private community sector, I have developed strong autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and deep expertise in care coordination, therapeutic education, and comprehensive patient management. I also founded the Switchcare application, designed to facilitate replacement and collaboration among healthcare professionals. This entrepreneurial project strengthened my skills in communication, team management, and organizational innovation.
In addition, I worked for 13 years at the Hospices Civils de Lyon, and after obtaining my healthcare management degree, I supervised teams in both public and private healthcare settings.
