- Providing professional leadership and support junior staff through teaching and CNS(Clinical Support Nurse) Role -Actively involved in quality improvement project on the ward ensuring patients benefit and safety maintained -Responsible for motoring workload/patients acuity to ensure that nursing workforce is adequate to provide a safe standard of nursing care

- Supervising nursing staff making sure all policy are followed -Coordinating nursing flow and patient flow during COVID pandemic in 150beds ITU/HDU settings - Liaising with Medical Team Side Manager, Matrons, CCOT

-Providing advanced critical care for the patients before and during the flight -Collaborating with healthcare specialist ensuring patients safety during the transport - Planning and preparing coordinate plans with flight crew to expedite the process

-Assessing and managing deteriorating patients on the ward using physical assessment skills -Escalating to the Medical Team including ITU, and assisting with the transfer if required -Providing teaching to the Ward Staff

-Assessing and managing deteriorating patients on the ward who are deteriorating within the hospital but outside the ITU -Enabling discharges from ICU by supporting the continuing recovery of discharged patients on the wards -Ward staff education

-Providing expert clinical assistance to ward nursing teams in trauma, cardiac, and general hospital settings in outreach capacity -Delivering direct clinical care to critically unwell and deteriorating patients, supporting early recognition, escalation of care, and safe, timely interventions -Working as an Intensive Care Nurse and applying critical care expertise to support high- acuity patients and improve clinical outcomes
