Completed a comprehensive 12-month multi-disciplinary internship with intensive rotations in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Neurosurgery  Cardiology: Managed high-acuity cardiac emergencies, including thrombolysis for STEMI, pharmacological management of PSVT and Atrial Fibrillation, and performing emergency cardioversion for life-threatening arrhythmias (VT/VF). Also managed chronic Heart conditions.  Internal Medicine: Directed the stabilization and treatment of critical medical emergencies, including Cerebrovascular Accidents (CVA), Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA), Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), and various toxicology/poisoning cases.  Surgery: Managed acute surgical presentations, including the stabilization of tension pneumothorax, acute abdomen, and major hemorrhages, alongside primary management of orthopedic trauma.  Neurosurgical Interventions: Provided urgent care for head and spine injuries, maintaining airway stability through endotracheal intubations and performing advanced interpretation of Brain and Spine CT/MRI scans.

Acute Emergency & Surgical Triage: Directed the stabilization and management of high-acuity cases, including neurosurgical emergencies (TBI/ICH), acute abdomens, cardiothoracic pathologies, and complex orthopedic trauma, ensuring rapid life-saving interventions and definitive surgical referrals in high-pressure environments.  Multisystem Chronic Care & Prevention: Directed the longitudinal management of high-risk outpatient panels with complex comorbidities, including Diabetes (DM), Hypertension (HTN), and Asthma; specialized in the stabilization of Chronic Heart Failure (CHF), CKD, Chronic Liver Disease, Hematological and Rheumatic pathologies through precise medication titration, screening, and intensive lifestyle counseling.  Respiratory & Infectious Disease Management: Led a frontline Rapid Response Team in the clinical triage and management of high-volume respiratory cases, including COVID-19, community-acquired pneumonia, COPD/Asthma exacerbations, and acute ENT/URTI presentations according to international safety and evidence-based treatment guidelines.  Psychiatric Care & Crisis Intervention: Managed a diverse patient load including acute psychiatric emergencies—such as suicidal ideation and delirium—and the long-term pharmacological treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Psychotic Disorders, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

Comprehensive Oncological Diagnostics & Staging: Expertly evaluated complex referrals and suspicious clinical findings across adult and pediatric populations; directed the diagnostic workup and international protocol-based staging for Breast, Gynecological (Ovarian/Cervical/Uterine), Hematological, GI, CNS, Lung, and Skin cancers, as well as rare pathologies including Neuroendocrine tumors and Sarcomas.  Employee Health Clinic: Served as the primary physician for the hospitals internal Employee Clinic. Conduced thorough clinical assessment, ordered diagnostic tests, and formulated evidence-based management plans for hospital staff, ensuring workplace healthcare.  Quality Improvement: Spearheaded clinical audits on Infection control and Antibiotic Stewardship, ensuring 100% JCI standards for oncology and employee medical records

Emergency & Trauma Care: Delivered life-saving interventions in low-resource environments, providing immediate stabilization for critical trauma—including Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs)—utilizing ATLS protocols for neurological assessment, orthopedic stabilization, and advanced wound management (suturing).  Holistic Patient Management & Education: Directed the comprehensive care of patients with diverse chronic respiratory, GI, neurological, and rheumatic illnesses while spearheading patient education initiatives focused on the prevention of seasonal infectious diseases and the long-term management of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
